About this history
Verified observations, not a record of who used the keypad. The latest 500 observations are retained across app-server restarts. Delivery history shows recent attempts for your account only. Acceptance by a service does not confirm arrival.

Connection
Remote connectionNot connected
Stale or unavailable panel state disables controls.
Safety & monitoring
Professional monitoring uses its independent telephone path. The app does not verify the health of that line.
Remote panic is unavailable. Disarm requires fresh personal passkey confirmation when controls are enabled.
Never rely on app notifications instead of professional monitoring.
